September 25, Truckee, CA: I've been grumpy. And probably a little judgmental. Not many would claim that I'm a picnic to be around in general, but I do feel like I'm a little more disagreeable than usual. I can be hard on others. Too hard, sometimes. If I can admit it out loud, I think that would help.<br />

I also have no idea why this dog in headlights chose to lay in the middle of the road and stay put for close-ups with no owner in sight, but it sure was an interesting site at 11pm.
